It is our primary concern that our patients and colleagues stay safe. All of our efforts are centered around this, However if you are in pain or discomfort we are here for you. Since June the whole team have been delighted to continue working within clinic. We are awaiting a full update and guidance from our respective governing bodies and for now will continue following the current government guidelines within this lockdown. We are able to continue offering Osteopathy, Footcare and Podiarty services however unfortunately our Massage service is unavailable. With our combined 40+ years of treating patients we are happy to offer our full range of services to everyone. Our doors remain OPEN for Osteopathy and Foot Care services. Following the government road map we are delighted to open Massage appointments from 12th April. Take a look at the online booking session to find your appointment.
We continue to follow the strong & secure protocols we’ve had throughout this time including PPE & cleaning to ensure patient and staff safety remains the top priority.

Physical Balance is a name recognised by thousands of satisfied customers in North Hampshire. The original Physical Balance clinic opened in Overton in 1996 and expanded over the years to practice from three additional sites locally.
Under the leadership of three members of the core team, Physical Balance switched ownership and, under the Unity Alignment Group Limited, have now re-opened the doors and continue to offer a range of services including Osteopathy, Sports and Remedial Massage, Acupuncture, Chiropody, Podiatry, Foot Health Care and Ear Wax Removal.

Visiting the clinic
We want you to feel safe and comfortable during your visit which is why we’ve introduced enhanced health and safety protocols across all aspects of our operations.
We’ve introduced enhanced cleaning routines, with a particular focus on all ‘touch’ points and invested in additional sanitising equipment including specific PPE such as face masks and gloves. New social distancing protocols allow more space in our reception area ensuring patient and staff safety is always followed.
Our clinic
We’re in Daneshill, just a few minutes outside Basingstoke town centre. Our clinic is fully fitted out to the highest level, exceeding all the current COVID 19 regulations and requirements.
We’re fully accessible and have plenty of free on-site parking.
For your convenience we have five comfortable treatment rooms plus a Yoga and Pilates studio.
