Studio Instructor: Targeting general strength, mobility, and stability, our instructors use the wide breadth of the traditional Pilates repertoire on the equipment to promote an increased awareness of the body and improved mobility.

 

Principal Instructor: Specialising in injury and pain rehabilitation, our advanced instructors possess years of experience. They skilfully assess and address movement faults, focusing on the rehabilitation of injuries and pathologies such as back, knee, hip, shoulder, and neck pain.
