Many women experience some form of hormonal imbalance in today's world. Nutritional deficiencies, high stress, and unstable blood sugar can exacerbate these imbalances, leaving us struggling to cope in today's busy world. This is where a nutritionist comes in; with many years of experience working closely with women on a range of health concerns, Kathleen can support you in making informed, scientific dietary and lifestyle changes.
Whether you need guidance through perimenopause, painful, irregular periods, tackling the drivers of PCOS or endometriosis, skin conditions, or re-establishing a healthy cycle, Kathleen can help.
