Our Fees

Our fees vary depending on what type of treatment you have booked with us. Please see our price list below for your convenience. We accept cash and all major credit & debit cards, excluding American Express. Alternatively, we are happy for you to pay via BACS.

We are delighted to offer Gift Vouchers for purchase from our Reception team or by calling us on 01256 770022. Our Health & Wellbeing Gift Vouchers can be for a monetary value, or for a specific treatment, and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Please note: appointments cannot be cancelled online. Please call the Reception team on 01256 770022 and they will be happy to assist. 

 

​There will be no charge for appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.  We will always do our absolute best to rearrange and provide you with an alternative appointment that works for you.

We appreciate that occasionally missing an appointment is unavoidable; unfortunately, if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice – there will be a charge.

​More than 24 hours – no charge

Less than 24 hours’ notice – 50%

Less than 8 hours – 100%

Private Medical Insurance

We are pleased to advise that treatment provided by one of our Osteopaths is covered by most Private Health Insurance companies.

​

Although our services are accepted by most insurers, individual policies can vary, and we cannot legislate for what your provider and policy will or will not cover for you. We therefore recommend you contact your private medical insurance company with your policy details and check ahead of booking your appointment. Upon confirmation please request an authorisation number from them to proceed.

When you attend your appointment with us please bring your policy details and authorisation number with you. For your convenience, in most instances we can invoice our fees directly to your insurer. This means less paperwork for you and you do not need to fund the cost yourself in the first instance.

You should also check with your insurance company whether you need to pay an insurance excess on your claim (you will need to clear the payments for this with us before your insurance company will take over any payments). It might also be helpful to ask what financial limit the insurer may put on your cover for treatment (this is usually a monetary value; a maximum number of sessions or a time limit on when the treatment must be completed by).

If you are not covered for some or all of your treatment it would be necessary for us to invoice you as per our clinic price list.
