What is Lymphatic Drainage massage?
Lymphatic Drainage Massage

60 & 90-minute options available

The benefits of Lymphatic Drainage Massage include:

  • Debloating and depuffing

  • Breaks down cellulite & fat cells

  • Gives skin a glow

  • Helps with post-injury (operation) swelling

  • Ease tension in the body

Lymphatic drainage massage is perfect for individuals seeking to reduce swelling, enhance immune function, and promote overall well-being. With a combination of both firm and gentle pressure this therapeutic technique specifically targets the lymphatic system to encourage the movement of lymph fluids throughout the body.

Originally developed to treat lymphedema and other lymphatic system disorders, lymphatic drainage massage is now widely used for its numerous health benefits. It involves light, rhythmic strokes that stimulate the lymphatic vessels, helping to remove toxins, reduce fluid retention, and improve circulation.

This massage is especially beneficial for those recovering from surgery, dealing with chronic swelling, or simply looking to boost their immune system and detoxify their body. By promoting the natural flow of lymphatic fluids, this method aids in reducing inflammation and enhancing overall health.
