Hot Stone Massage is a therapeutic massage technique that involves the use of heated Basalt stones to enhance relaxation and relieve muscle tension dealing with aches pains and stress.
The massage is a slow pace to allow the heat from the stones to penetrate your muscles, combining a range of therapeutic massage techniques for ultimate relaxation when used on the back, legs, arms, décolleté and face. Stones are both placed on the body and used to massage, offering their heat for greater effect.
We also offer a Hot Stone and Swedish hybrid Massage treatment. This massage starts by using hot stones to help relax the muscles and enable some deeper work. A relaxing Swedish massage then follows to help ease any tension and tightness in the neck, shoulders and lower back in a more gentle way.
