How the referral works

1. Identification
If during your FREE hearing screening with Jennie or Gillian at Physical Balance, you exhibit signs of hearing difficulty based on clinical hearing guidelines, we will suggest a referral to Premium Care Hearing for a full hearing assessment FOC to Physical Balance clients (usually £100).

2. Easy bookings
We can arrange your appointment with Premium Care Hearing while you're at Physical Balance. Premium Care Hearing will then contact you to confirm the appointment and request any information they need from you.

3. Free initial consultation
Your first visit with Premium Care Hearing (30-minute advanced test & hearing aid discussion) is offered free of charge as part of the referral partnership with Physical Balance.

4. No-obligation trial
Should hearing aids be indicated during your test, you receive a trial period to test them in your daily environments before committing to purchase.

5. Transparent costs & support
Premium Care Hearing will discuss pricing openly and provide ongoing support. There is no cost to you for the referral itself.
