What is Swedish Massage?
Swedish Massage

30, 60 & 90-minute options available

Swedish massage is renowned for its gentle approach, making it an ideal choice for those seeking relaxation, stress relief, and a general sense of rejuvenation.

The primary goal of this treatment is to encourage relaxation, improve blood circulation, ease muscle knots, and reduce stress and tension. Swedish massage targets the superficial layers of muscles using a combination of gentle gliding strokes, kneading, tapping, friction, and stretching, often using a blend of Absolute Aromas Massage oils to best support your desired treatment outcome.

The therapist's hands, palms and fingertips will be used to deliver varying degrees of pressure, catering to the individual's preferences and specific areas of tension. The strokes employed in Swedish massage not only promote relaxation but also assist in the removal of metabolic waste products from muscles and tissues, thereby contributing to improved physical and mental well-being.

We also offer a Hot Stone and Swedish hybrid Massage  treatment. This massage starts by using hot stones to help relax the muscles and enable some deeper work. A relaxing Swedish massage then follows to help ease any tension and tightness in the neck, shoulders and lower back in a more gentle way.
