This treatment is a fully clothed, seated massage which is ideal for people looking to relax both mind and body, recharge depleted energy levels and relieve tension.
While experiencing this treatment you will receive a combination of traditional Indian and westernised techniques such as effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, friction and vibration as well as stimulating pressure points
What to expect from this treatment: It will begin with a massage applied to the upper back, then will proceed onto the neck and scalp. Indian Head Massage is great for relieving stress, anxiety, poor sleep, headaches and induces a feeling of wellbeing.
