What is a Gua Sha Facial massage?
Restorative Gua Sha, Lymphatic and Ice Globe Facial Massage

60-minutes

This deeply nurturing facial ritual draws on ancient wisdom and modern facial therapy to refresh the skin, calm the nervous system and restore a natural, luminous glow.

Your treatment begins with a gentle double cleanse using natural products, massage to chest, neck and face to awaken the skin, encourage circulation and softly release facial and jaw tension. A flowing lymphatic facial massage follows, supporting detoxification, reducing puffiness, and sculpting the natural contours of the face.

Gua sha, a practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, has been used for thousands of years to encourage circulation and the smooth flow of energy (Qi). In this ritual, a rose quartz gua sha tool is used with slow, intentional strokes to ease muscular tightness, support lymphatic drainage, and promote radiant, healthy skin. Rose quartz is naturally cooling and has long been associated with calm, balance, and gentle self-care rituals. Cooling ice globes are then applied, inspired by ancient cooling techniques once used in Nordic and Eastern European to soothe inflammation and refresh the skin. This refined modern technique helps calm redness, tighten pores, reduce facial puffiness and leave the complexion feeling lifted and revitalised.

The ritual is completed with a deeply relaxing head massage, using a jade tool to melt away tension held in the scalp and temples helping ground the body and calm the mind.

This facial is ideal for those seeking relaxation, gentle sculpting, lymphatic support and a deeply restorative
