If you need to cancel your appointment and it is outside of 24 hours before, you can do this by clicking the link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or you'd like to rearrange your appointment, please call us on 01256 770022 as there may be a charge if you miss or fail to attend your booked appointment.
