Clinical Psychology
​
Clinical Psychologists are trained mental health professionals offering talking therapy. They are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
​
Dr Cath Norman, Clinical Psychologist, offers a complimentary 15-minute telephone call to discuss the support you are hoping for, for you or your child.
​
If an initial assessment appointment is then agreed on, you can meet with Cath to get to know you, to discuss your current challenges and areas of strength and resilience.
​
Each session is between 50 - 60 minutes in length.
​
Dr Cath Norman draws upon the following therapeutic models in her work with children and adults:

Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR)

Compassion-focussed therapy (CFT)

Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)

Therapy approaches are discussed in more detail with individual clients as appropriate.
